Additionally, Logan has been involved with oversight of design services, construction management, owners’ representative roles, and long-range planning strategies. Logan’s breadth of experience includes management & design services for heavy industrial rail facilities which include site development, grading, drainage, environmental, storm water pollution prevention, permitting, design and engineering of each system.

Leggett focuses on optimizing field operations, strengthening subcontractor and vendor relationships, and implementing systems that improve efficiency across preconstruction, project management, and field execution.
